One journey. One governed route. One complete demonstration.
CAELOMERE runs a single public demonstration: one complete platform journey, from a business problem all the way to a proven outcome, using synthetic data only. This page walks you through what that journey looks like — and lets you request a live walkthrough.
A single, complete route through all five systems.
There is only one CAELOMERE demonstration. It is not five product demos stitched together. It is one governed journey, showing how FORGE, Passport, Guardian, Sentinel and VAULT operate as one platform.
Client submits a problem
A synthetic business problem is submitted in ordinary language — representing a realistic situation in a regulated or high-consequence environment. No real customer data is used at any point.
FORGE structures it
FORGE interprets the problem, determines the work required, and produces the structured brief that the rest of the platform will act on. The route is set.
Passport verifies authority
The actor — represented as a synthetic user or system — is bound to a specific, scoped authority. Passport confirms the authority is valid and appropriate for the requested action.
Guardian evaluates control requirements
Guardian checks authority, policy, risk, evidence and control requirements, and returns one of four explicit decisions. The demo shows the decision and its reasoning.
Authorised work proceeds
Only if Guardian permits, the work proceeds under the stated authority and controls. If Guardian denies or escalates, the demo shows that path instead — the route is honest in both directions.
Sentinel and VAULT record
Sentinel presents the live operational state of the work as it proceeds. VAULT preserves the durable evidence behind each step. Both are shown as they are — as parts of one platform, not separate products.
FORGE returns the outcome
The resolved work, the governed route, and the durable record return to the client through FORGE. The demo ends with the same system it started with — closing the loop.
The record stays visible
At every stage, the demo shows what was asked, under what authority, what decision was made, and what evidence is preserved. Nothing is hidden behind a summary.
What this demo is, and what it is not.
CAELOMERE's demo is deliberately constrained. It is a governed synthetic demonstration — not a production system, and not a claim about any specific customer.
A governed synthetic demonstration
A complete, honest walkthrough of the platform journey, using synthetic data only, with every stage of the governed route shown as it operates.
A production environment
The demo does not run against a client's live systems, does not process real customer data, and does not claim to represent a deployed configuration.
A claim about specific sectors
The demo does not claim to have been deployed in any particular sector or with any particular regulator. It shows how the platform structures a governed route — not outcomes for a specific customer.
Five separate product demos
There is only one CAELOMERE demonstration. FORGE, Passport, Guardian, Sentinel and VAULT are shown as parts of one platform, not as five products to be demonstrated in turn.
What the demo does not use.
The demonstration is deliberately built on synthetic data. The following categories of data are never used.
- No real NHS data, patient records, diagnoses, triage decisions or prescribing information
- No real defence operational data, mission data or command data
- No real aviation operational data, maintenance records or crew data
- No real marine operational data, vessel records or manifest data
- No real customer data from any sector, in any form, at any stage
- No personal data, no identifiable individuals, no live system connectivity
What a live demo covers.
A live walkthrough of the governed route, tailored to your organisation's context.
45–60 minutes
A single session walking through the complete platform journey, with time for questions and discussion of fit.
Online or in person
Remote walkthroughs are standard. In-person sessions can be arranged for board or senior stakeholder groups.
Technical or executive
The same route is presented at the level appropriate to the audience — from architecture deep-dive to board-level governance discussion.
Summary and next steps
After the session, a short written summary and any agreed next steps are provided. No obligation is implied or expected.
NDA on request
Mutual NDA can be put in place before the session where the organisation requires it. Standard practice for regulated and defence-adjacent contexts.
