FORGE
FORGE is the business entry and delivery intelligence of CAELOMERE. It takes a real business problem, structures it, determines what work is required, coordinates the governed route through the platform, and returns the usable outcome to the client. FORGE begins and ends the customer journey.
Where the journey starts and finishes.
Every problem enters CAELOMERE through FORGE. It arrives unstructured, in ordinary language — a safety concern, a maintenance task, an operational exception, a governed use of AI. FORGE interprets the intent, extracts the required work, and produces a structured brief that the rest of the platform can act on.
At the end of the governed route, FORGE returns the outcome to the client — the resolved work, the record of what happened, and the evidence behind it — in a form the client can use.
- Interprets and structures the incoming business problem
- Determines the work required and the governed route
- Coordinates the flow between Passport, Guardian, Sentinel and VAULT
- Returns the usable outcome and evidence to the client
What FORGE does.
FORGE is the platform's translator between business intent and governed execution.
Structures the problem
Takes a problem in ordinary language and produces a structured brief: what is being asked, what outcome is needed, what constraints apply.
Defines the work
Identifies the work required and the governed route it must take — which systems need to be involved, and in what order.
Drives the route
Sends the structured work through Passport, Guardian, Authorised Work, Sentinel and VAULT in the correct governed sequence.
Delivers the outcome
Brings the resolved work back to the client with the record, evidence and any decisions the client needs to see.
Keeps the trail
Every FORGE transaction is itself part of the governed record — what was asked, what was decided, what was returned.
Never bypasses control
FORGE cannot skip layers. If Guardian denies or requires approval, FORGE stops and returns the decision to the client.
FORGE at both ends of the route.
FORGE is the only system that appears twice in the canonical flow — once when the problem arrives, and once when the outcome returns.
Bring us the problem.
